How often does it happen that you graduate from college and work at the same place for the rest of your life?  Most millennials would scoff at that question; the norm for current graduates is 4-7 different jobs before settling in for the long haul.  That’s not the case with one of Roanoke Therapy’s physical therapists.

Lisa Hodges, one of Roanoke’s finest physical therapists has been with the company since she graduated PT school.  Why, you ask?  Success.  Although Lisa could have very well defined her own success just by being a great therapist, we’re talking about the success she’s had because of Roanoke Therapy’s company culture.  To explain, I’ll let the legendary Pele do the talking:

“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing.”

At Roanoke Therapy Services, our staff isn’t successful because they landed a cushy high paying job where they clock in and clock out without ever investing themselves in the work.  Their success is no accident.  They work hard, learn, study, sacrifice, and most of all, they love what they do.  At our company, we have an extremely low turn over rate, we have a mentor and team based dynamic and are family oriented.  We are committed to what we do and not constantly harping on productivity or numbers.  The success of our business follows focusing on patient care.

Whether you’re fresh out of school looking for a place to invest your talents, or you’re a patient searching for the highest quality care you can get, Roanoke Therapy Services is where it’s at.
